I've been at the build side of ecommerce since the beginning - from developing the first commerce platforms and early chat rooms, through the rise of marketplaces, social commerce, composable and headless architecture, to the agentic era we're in now. That experience shapes the decisions I make when leading transformation programmes - much of what looks new has been navigated before, just in a different form.

Owning the delivery end to end and working within your team - not directing from a distance. I managing blended teams of internal and consultancy resource, drive stakeholder alignment, maintain momentum, and keep the programme on track from kickoff through to go live. Able to lead in many frameworks; waterfall, agile and hybrid.
