Here you’ll find a small selection of projects I've worked on

European Expansion of Puma's Headless Commerce Cloud Solution
Led two concurrent workstreams within Puma's broader digital transformation programme. The first: rolling out Salesforce Commerce Cloud across European markets, bridging Puma's requirements with development teams across the consultancy and a third-party delivery partner. The second: integrating Crownpeak search and merchandising globally, spanning both the new Commerce Cloud environment and existing SFRA sites. Both projects had failed to complete on two previous attempts. Delivered both to tight deadline

Program Lead - Expanding eBay Sellers Overseas
Brought in by eBay EU leadership to help their top 40,000 business sellers in the UK and Germany perform better internationally on the platform. Started by identifying which sellers were already succeeding cross-border, understanding what they were doing differently, and building a data-driven model that could be replicated at scale. Set up the programme from scratch, worked with business to define deliverables, aligning multiple internal business teams and eight technology partners, and building the operational infrastructure to onboard sellers at volume. In the first year, coordinated teams to onboard more than 12,000 sellers. Stayed on to run the operation: managing the technology partners and two call centres (UK and DE, 20 agents each), tracking and iterating on sales metrics and call handling performance, and continuously evolving the proposition to drive GMV and seller satisfaction. Responsible for an annual programme budget of ~$8M USD.

Rolling out the latest Club Card software to Major Retailers
dunnhumby pioneered customer loyalty and retail insights technology, building the platform behind Tesco's Clubcard before expanding to major retailers worldwide. This engagement spanned two connected workstreams. The first: project managing the build of the latest major version of their insights platform, coordinating development, test and release teams across the US, UK and India. The second: working directly with dunnhumby's retail clients, including Tesco, Co-op Norway and Macy's, to customise the technology for their specific needs and manage acceptance of the new version. The stakes were high. A failed rollout would have caused significant operational disruption for some of the world's largest retailers, and many were cautious going in. By the end of the programme, every client had accepted and received the update without issue.

Working with PayPal to grow US and Chinese Sellers in Europe
Following the eBay international seller programme, identified an opportunity for the technology partner to collaborate with PayPal, helping PayPal's retail customer base grow internationally using the same proven model. Developed the proposition, engaged PayPal leadership on the commercial opportunity and strategic fit, and co-launched the PayPal Global Sellers Programme. Onboarded more than 2,000 retailers from the US and China in the first year.

Arcadia Group (Topshop, Dorothy Perkins, Miss Selfridge, Burton, Wallis), European & US Ecommerce Expansion
Engaged at the height of Arcadia's UK business to lead the international expansion of their ecommerce offering into Europe and the United States across five brands simultaneously. Responsible for selecting and managing the translation agency, overseeing platform development with the in-house team, managing the programme budget, and coordinating brand readiness across all five labels, ensuring each had the materials, localisation and marketing in place for launch in new markets. A complex programme by any measure: significant technical challenges, compressed timelines, and a large stakeholder landscape spanning five distinct brand teams. Delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.

Troubleshoot and get an Ecommerce Platform up for Peak Trading
Brought in to manage a breakdown in the relationship between Molton Brown and the third-party agency developing their ecommerce platform. It became clear quickly that the agency would not be ready for the Christmas trading period, the most critical window for a high-end cosmetics brand. Engaged trusted contacts from my network to design and build a temporary solution, keeping Molton Brown live through peak trading while the longer-term platform work continued. Mediated between both parties over the following months to agree a workable path forward. Went on to deliver the full platform, warehouse integration and team training, taking the project from near-collapse to a successful, operationally-ready launch.
